Pamela Samuels

Pamela Samuels, Senior Vice President of Development for New York Development at The Related Companies, L.P.

Pamela is an experienced real estate professional specializing in building luxury residential condominium towers as well as complex, notable and highly-profitable urban mixed-use projects with typical capitalization of $150MM to $1.2B. As a development veteran, she has been named one of the top women in the field. Her success stems from her ability to structure the acquisitions and financing, and to guide design and engineering from envisioning to executing some of Manhattan’s most sophisticated, progressive and finely developed projects within commercially competitive parameters. Examples include iconic buildings such as One57, 555 West 33rd Street, and Place 57. Pamela Co-Founded Trio Partners, a privately held real estate development firm and served as one of its Managing Partners. She is also a principal of Corridor Holdings Corp.

Pamela’s Board and Advisory Committee Appointments include: Young Presidents Organization, NY Metro Chapter Board; NYU Real Estate Institute Advisory Board and The Guggenheim Museum’s Stillspotting Committee Co-Chair. Ms. Samuels has been named one of “The Top 50 Women in Real Estate.”

Rob Watson

Rob Watson, Chairman, CEO, and Chief Scientist of EcoTech International (ETI).

The “Founding Father of LEED,” Rob is an international leader in the green building movement. Author Tom Friedman calls Rob “one of the best environmental minds in America.” A Senior Scientist with the Natural Resources Defense Council for 21 years, Rob founded ETI in 2007 to address global demand for green building technologies and services. Watson is a former Director of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the national non-profit organization that manages the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard. Under Rob’s direction, LEED became the largest and fastest-growing international standard by which green buildings are measured.

Among numerous international awards for his work, Watson is the only foreigner honored for Green Building Innovation by the Chinese Ministry of Construction and received the first lifetime achievement award from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Richard D. Voreis, Chief Executive Officer of Consulting Collaborative

Richard D. Voreis is Chief Executive Officer of Consulting Collaborative, a management consulting firm specializing in the construction and building products industry with nationwide offices. The firm works with domestic and international clients including architects, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, trade associations and building product manufacturers.

Before founding Consulting Collaborative in 2000, Mr. Voreis was Chief Operating Officer of United States Aluminum Corporation near Dallas, TX, where he had full responsibility for the Commercial Products Group, which has 16 operations throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Voreis served as President and CEO of Hebel Building Systems in Atlanta, GA, the world leader in autoclaved, aerated concrete products, where he had full operating responsibilities for North America including the launch of their $40 million U.S. manufacturing facility. During a very successful career spanning three decades, Mr. Voreis was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Kawneer Company, GA, where he was responsible for all marketing and sales related functions as well as training, research & development and product engineering.

Mr. Voreis has been active in many industry related activities including 15+ years on the Georgia Tech College of Architecture Advisory Board and recently completed his second term on the National Glass Association Board of Directors.
